Mr LaMont has held many positions both in Australia and overseas whilst experiencing a wide variety of complex and challenging projects, including;

Underground mining: in Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia & Iran Jaya.
Exploration drilling: including reverse-circulation, raise boring, water boring, drill & blast & onshore oil exploration all in various locations in Australia.
Mineral sands: projects in the South West of WA.
Processing systems: from alumina, gold, oil, nickel, iron ore, copper, lead and zinc.
Resource construction: work in Tom Price, Parapadoo, Newman, Port Headland, Worsley, Muja, Pinjarra, Roxby Downs, Wiepa,  .
Construction & Commissioning: experience in mechanical, civil and plant operation in both Brownfield & Greenfield situations.
Building Industry: experience on Multi story construction to residential projects within capital city precincts.
